Terms of Service
Effective date: October 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of Zullit at https://zullit.com. By creating an account you accept these terms. Contact: [email protected].
Accounts and restaurant content
You must be authorized to act for the restaurant, provide accurate information and protect your account. You retain rights to your content and grant Zullit permission to host, display and process it to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, misuse customer data or interfere with the service. You are responsible for menu accuracy, prices, allergens, order fulfilment and compliance with laws applicable to your business.
Plans and payment
The features, limits, currency, price and billing period shown for your selected plan and at checkout apply to your purchase. Free access has usage limits. Paid features become available after server-side payment confirmation. Monthly and annual subscriptions currently cover a prepaid fixed period; another payment is required to extend access. Connecting a custom domain means connecting a domain you own, not purchasing a domain for you. Platform subscription fees are separate from your restaurant's customer orders.
Cancellation and billing questions
You can stop using the service and choose not to renew. Contact support for cancellation, account deletion or refund requests, quoting your transaction reference. We review billing disputes and refund requests under applicable law and the payment provider's rules; these terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Deleting an account does not automatically refund a payment.
Service operation
We may maintain or update the service and restrict accounts involved in abuse, security incidents or non-payment. We aim to communicate material service or plan changes. Availability can be affected by hosting, internet or third-party services. Keep copies of business-critical content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or particular sales results.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Google sign-in is optional. Whop and optional integrations have their own terms. Zullit provides software; the restaurant is responsible for its relationship with diners and fulfilment of their orders. Optional assistant suggestions should be reviewed before use.
Responsibility and changes
Each party remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Updated terms are published here with a new date; material changes will be communicated where required. Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact above.
